The anatomy of digital planning
Planning just got a lot more interesting. The first generation of students from the only academic studies of digital market communications in Sweden are graduating soon from Stockholm University. According to my kid brother Jeremy (who happens to be one of these students) the merits of Digital planning is the combination of data-driven/fact-based planning knowledge with skills in creative design and programming.
If you ask me, this mix of competences is highly relevant, as it perfectly bridges the gap between planning and digital creation.
i would very much like to hear more about Digital Planning and your brothers experience. I'm an account planner at a Digital agency and I've always wondered if that makes me a digital planner, or in general, if the digital planner title implies anything drastically different than an account planner.
