Shouldn ' t freelance planners be working like this?

Just a thought. I know there are a lot of freelance planners out there, and it seems like a good way to work if you don't mind the selling part. But I think collaboration at some level can be beneficial for everybody, including the client who gets the right person for the job, as well as the possibilities for specialisation and collaboration – something that is definitely lacking in the Swedish planning world since most agency planning departments consists of very few people.
